Refund policy

We accept returns for items purchased from and issue a full refund (excluding shipping) on all unused, unopened items in original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, which is non-refundable. Items must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund. Items returned after 14 days or that appear to be used will be eligible for store credit. 

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us your order number along with a description and photo(s) of the damaged/incorrect item within seven (7) days of receipt. If we determine that you have received a damaged or incorrect item, a replacement of the same/correct item will be sent.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, you may return your order for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.

All returned cosmetics will be destroyed and not resold.
